Cody said he was pretty happy with the service at this business. It cost a little more than he had hoped to spend.

Darla said this business treated her well and did not take advantage of her. They were willing to work with her schedule. They even allowed her to have someone else pick up the vehicle because she was not able to make it. She was not able to pay that day but they trusted her enough to allow her to come back the following day to pay.

John said the service was good, but the estimate was a little high. He said he forgot something in the loaner vehicle, and he would like them to call him.

*****EDITED********* Changed from a 1 star to a 3 Dons Auto does watch there posting. After a follow up phone conversation from Don's issues where resolved. Ill give don credit that he took the personal time and interest to resolve the issue. He is definitely alot fairer than my first impression. I guess that is one of the pitfalls i have have for owning a diesel dually pickup. not everyone is able to accommodate a truck that GVW of 8500 pounds ************************************************************ The only shop I've ever been into that charged me to push my truck into a bay to get worked onthey ended up charging me over $400 to take the transmission out and wanted a total of $1400 just to take one out and put it back in mind you that does not even include the cost of the transmission which I was taking care of on my own. Shave yourself the time and trouble and if you have transmission problems go to Cincinnati Transmission down in Sharonville. On a side note I would like to know what the $35 charged for shop supplies went to.even with having my truck towed out of Don's down to Cincinnati Transmission I still got a fair price and came in under what Don what to charge for the total job
