I needed to get my van worked on and really needed some advice on other, future repairs which I couldn't afford to do this time around. The crew at Don's was amazing. They kept me in the loop while diagnosing problems, fixed what I needed fixed now and gave me advice on the rest. I had a budget in mind because I already had a ballpark idea what this trip's repairs were going to cost and they came in under budget. I am normally very leery of most mechanics from poor past experiences but I was pleasantly surprised by Don's Auto Repair and I *will* be back!

Don's Auto is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. My family has been using their auto repair for the past 2 decades. We have saught their consultation before purchasing certified used vehicles and they have always been fantastic when it comes to customer service and satisfication. If I could give them more stars I would. It's so hard to find a car repair shop you can trust. These guys go above and beyond in everything. My car has nearly 218,000 miles on it and they always take the time to really explain what my car needs immediately, what can wait, how long it can wait...Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional...

It's like taking a trip to Mayberry. You just don't get service like this anymore. My car had nearly 200,000 miles on it and needed serious front end and brake help. After a thorough "going over", I was given an estimate and recommendation that the car is basically in good shape and I should get many more miles from the vehicle should I want to have the work done. I had the work done and am ever so pleased with the entire process!! With winter coming, I had all the fluids were drained and refilled. In doing that, "gunk" was loosened in my cooling system. Even after a thorough flushing apparently there was still a small piece of "gunk" mucking up the cooling system. I called to bring the car back in, I was taken care of so wonderfully! I cannot give them enough stars. Their customer service and car care that starts when the phone is answered and runs through the entire process until you are completely happy with the way your car is running is beyond ANYTHING I have seen in this day and age. Top notch shop in every way! (and no...I'm not related! LOL!)

Took my Ford Explorer to Don's for the first time ever on the recommendation of my boss and just about everyone I work with. I was pretty sure I knew what was wrong but was unable to fix it myself. Many mechanics had told me the fix couldn't be done without taking the vehicle to a Ford dealership. They were wrong - and the guys at Don's told me that. They got my car back to me quickly and completed the work nicely and completely. I will be taking my Explorer back to Don's in the future! Great work, great family vibe and a cute pooch behind the counter as well!

Great place with friendly people and a very cute dog. Fast and courteous. Willing to help when you have a problem. Great prices also! Thank you guys so much for fixing my Saturn!

My Honda had front end damage, they repaired it perfectly, this is the most beautiful part of the car now. On time on budget, with a smile. Five stars and I hardly ever give that one out. You will be glad you went to them.
