I called and was scheduled for the following day. Very pleasant staff. I was sent an estimate via text/email and the work was completed quickly. I picked up my car later that day. The service to my car was top-notch. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

Our family has been going to Don’s, starting with my wife’s family 20+ years ago. They are fantastic at what they do, plus they offer a free loaner car service to simplify auto maintenance on your life. Service is affordable, and the work scope never creeps beyond what needs to be done. The team is very friendly and professional, so they are doing right by the legacy their dad (and his dad) created in this family-owned business.

I’m not sure if these guys are mechanics or magicians!! My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I sent a appointment request through the website before the tow truck showed up Don had emailed me saying he would follow up with me on Monday when the shipped opened back up. On Monday I had a quote for the work that included all of the taxes, labor, fees, etc. Casey was super helpful and didn’t ask for payment or anything at that time. I told him that I had a loaner and wasn’t in a rush to get the vehicle back. He said he would have me back on the road by the end of the week. Sure enough it was Thursday when I got a message that my vehicle was ready to go. I picked it up and paid the exact dollar amount Casey had told me earlier that week. The whole process was smooth and transparent. Casey even explained to me what the issues was. I have never had an auto maintenance/repair experience that was so pleasant. Why someone would go somewhere other than Don’s is simply because they don’t know how great this place is!!

Don's put a new engine in a 2011 Acura TSX for me. I would go back for sure. I like to do most of my car repairs myself, but if there's something that's beyond your expertise or toolkit, take it here. The price was very fair, and they worked with me to find a good used engine for the car. Great job guys.
