All the employees were genuinely friendly and trustworthy. They immediately looked over my vehicle and thoroughly explained any recommendations they had and made suggestions on what was important to fix. I loved the online inspection report and the pictures of any issues. This helped me believe that they were being honest with me. Too many times I feel taken advantage of, so it’s nice to finally find a mechanic I can trust.

First time taking my car there and I was very impressed! They not only diagnosed my car’s issue right away, but they were able to make the repair quickly and it cost what they estimated. The 7 year old car feels like new! Car is now almost 10 years old. I had them do the front shocks and lower control arm. Suspension is tight now and feels good. Thanks Don's!

I just moved to this area recently and was recommend to Don’s. It’s not super close to where I live but I will definitely be returning for all of my future automotive needs. I had such a wonderful experience. Their staff is super friendly and pleasant to talk with. The work was thorough and I knew exactly what work was being done throughout the whole process. I have always gone to the dealership for my scheduled maintenance but my experience at Don’s was better than any interaction I have ever had at a dealership. I’m very happy with work they did on my car and the level of customer service they provided. I highly recommend these guys.

Casey and the team at Don's auto have done a fantastic job and I am happy with the service provided. it was a bit complex work with wheel bearings, alignment and oil leaks. But, Don's auto did a fantastic job. Very friendly staff and very professional at work. They are also good in providing a detailed diagnostic report and suggest what should be done on priority. Highly trained, experienced, knowledgeable staff, they take care of what you need, and do not try to sell you something you do not need. Never have to return for a re-do, they do great work and help you plan for what you may need next. Friendly, courteous staff. I won't go anywhere else.
