Simply put they need to listen to their customers. Some of us do actually know what we are talking about. After the first phone call I revived saying “my leak in my car was from a door seal etc” I explained to them that upon making my appoint I told them the issue, I already diagnosed the issue I need them to fix it. I’m then told they would have to charge me to figure out the issue. Again I’ve already told you the issue you said you would confirm and if you couldn’t repair it that I would be referred to the water doctor. So now I’m told there will be even more fees, after a little back and forth they did say they would check further without additional charges, I’m then called back and told “oh we were wrong it’s not a seal, it’s definitely coming from the dash like you said, oh but it’s gonna be $300 more for us to diagnose it, again I’ve told you the issue there is nothing to diagnose. I finally told them to do no more work and and headed to pay $300 for an oil change and then to connect a computer to my car that AutoZone would do for free 🤷♂️ OH AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T EVEN ATTEMPTED THE 5 MIN FIX OF PUTTING THE CAR ON THE LIFT AND CLEARING THE CLOGGED CONDENSATION LINE THAT I HAVE TOLD THEM 5 TIMES IS THE ONLY REASON THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN BECAUSE I DONT OWN A LIFT AND DIDNT FEEL LIKE CRAWLING UNDER THE CAR FOR SOMMETHING THAT SHOULD TAKE A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL MINUTES!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
