I just moved to this area recently and was recommend to Don’s. It’s not super close to where I live but I will definitely be returning for all of my future automotive needs. I had such a wonderful experience. Their staff is super friendly and pleasant to talk with. The work was thorough and I knew exactly what work was being done throughout the whole process. I have always gone to the dealership for my scheduled maintenance but my experience at Don’s was better than any interaction I have ever had at a dealership. I’m very happy with work they did on my car and the level of customer service they provided. I highly recommend these guys.

Highly trained, experienced, knowledgeable staff, they take care of what you need, and do not try to sell you something you do not need. Never have to return for a re-do, they do great work and help you plan for what you may need next. Friendly, courteous staff. I won't go anywhere else.

Don’s Auto really does a good job. I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did. I have an Audi and had them replace the brakes and wheel bearings and they fixed it no problem. They also ran a diagnosis on my vehicle to make sure everything else was working properly. One time I got my oil changed here and they even gave me a car to use while my car was getting fixed. They also sent me a coupon for being a first time customer. I’d highly recommend Don’s. It’s definitely some of the best vehicle service I’ve experienced in the Cincinnati area.

Ever since moving Cincinnati, I've been bringing my car is here. They are trustworthy, communicative, and best of all, don't try to oversell you and services. When you drop a car off here, they'll call you and say here's the things that we found, these need to be done, these are optional, and these can be postponed. Maybe not the cheapest place around, but certainly exceptional value for work performed. Highly recommended.
