Great customer service! Communication was excellent. I was texted a report on my cars inspection that even included pictures. They were able to replace my break pads and rotors same day and also found a wheel bearing that had been causing a lot of noise while driving. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice people. Gave me a list of items that needed attention and told me what could wait and what needed to be done asap. My problem was the mark up on the prices of the parts and the hours used to calculate labor. I don't mind 20% parts mark up but the prices in this case were marked up 125% from what I could buy them for at a local parts place. I was able to buy those 3 parts for $100 and they wanted $280.00. The "book" called for 2.5 hours labor too and I had it done in about an hour and a half in a parking lot. My guess is that an actual mechanic would have had it done in about 15 minutes. I realize that the price of everything was being calculated in their system but a serpentine belt, tensioner and pulley should not cost $600. A human should have looked at that quote and adjusted it down by about half.

In the few time's I've used Don's I have found them to be friendly and received prompt, honest service. They give you a detailed report of what they did and what you need and most importantly, what you DON'T need.. Exactly what you want in a mechanic.

Had to get 4 new tires for my Ford Ranger and Dons was very affordable. Their drop off after hours made it quick and easy. Work was finished by early afternoon the following day. Great quality of work. Courteous and helpful staff. I would highly recommend.

I was at the UDF on Branch Hill Rd. in Loveland yesterday. After my purchase, I got in my car to find it wouldn’t start. Two young, helpful, friendly men helped me out. They had their Don’s Auto Repair shirts on! They got me up & running. I tried to give them money for their wonderful help but neither of these upstanding men would accept it. I will definitely recommend your shop & plan to use your services in the future. They represented your business very well. I wish I would have gotten their names!

They just acquired a shop on the Eastside, Columbia Tusculum area. Decided to check them out for an oil change. They were friendly, shop was clean, chatted about the new location and service was done, I was in and out in no time. It's a full-service shop so I'll be sure to check them out when in need of something more than an oil change.
